When will my order ship? Luckjewels.com ships Monday to Friday excluding holidays, and all orders are shipped within 1-2 days of purchase.

I need my order fast do you offer Expedited or Next Day Shipping? Yes we offer both. For your item to go out Next Day Air that same day, your order must be submitted by 10am EST, otherwise it will ship out the following day. Expedited priority shipment is delivered in 2-5 business days.

Do you offer wholesale discounts if I buy a large quantity? Yes, if you spend more then $150.00 in our store you qualify for up to 50% off. Call us to order or go to our Wholesale Club Page.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, LuckJewels.com ships internationally. At checkout you will be able to choose your desired country and shipping method.

When shipping internationally, will I be charged import duties and taxes? Each Country has different import duties, customs and tax thresholds. For additional information, please contact us and also your local customs office in your country.

Do you ship to to PO Boxes? Yes we ship to PO boxes.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Once an order has been made it can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours after your purchase time. Can I return my item? Yes, you may return your item for a full refund  or exchange within 30 days.

Do you offer warranty on your items? Yes, we offer a full 30 day warranty on your purchased item, so if your item breaks send it back for an exchange within those 30 days.
